Vista, due to its hefty system requirements, will be the end of Microsoft Windows. OpenOffice is replacing Office. Businesses are moving to Linux and BSD due to Microsoft's pricing, and I expect more popularity for Macs with home users.

MSFT is poised to grow with the release of Vista, growth in Media computers, and gaming. It is a good value right now. Also, they will buy back shares at $25, providing a floor for the stock.
