I think the company's drive into new markets and attention to their new and existing clients (as evidenced by repeated high scores on customer loyalty surveys) may include (more) face to face meetings with larger teams of MSTR technologists. Also they are conducting very frequent 'conferences' all over the globe. So I would venture that the purchase of a jet is actually expected to be cost effective .
