A beaten down home builder. It's way off it's 52 week high of 68.34. It has a P/E Ration of 3.87 and a P/B of less than 1. I believe this is a market over reaction. A well run company with a pretty good upside. However this upside may take a while to reealize, but at these levels I believe it's an opportunity.
