Consolidating the former Warsaw Pact countries steel operations. Plus, Russia just passed a 500 Billion dollar infrastructure upgrade package..... definitely going to need steel, nickel, etc. Plus Louis Navalier and GS both rate a strong buy...... research looks good and they are in all the right places. Definite long term outperform.
