AN UPTURN IN THIS STOCK IS ALMOST A SURE THING. THIS STOCK IS UNDER VALUED. THE DOWN SIDE IS THAT THE LONG TERM POTENTIAL IS LIMITED BY LAND VALUES UNLESS MANAGEMENT CAN FIND NEW WAYS TO GENERATE CASH FLOW. LOOK FOR THIS STOCK TO DOUBLE OR BETTER OVER THE NEXT 3 YEARS.
