Boomers are prosperous and beginning to retire. They are looking for places to spend time and acquire property. Beautiful places with outdoor recreational opportunities are in demand. Currently, demand is exceeding supply which spells prosperity for a firm such as MTN. It's a growth situation, and the stock will reward those who hold it.
