This company owns Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Beaver Creek and Heavenly. These are some of the premier ski resorts in the world. This is a unique product that no asian company can mass produce for less money. In addition they also own or manage a number of luxury hotels including 6 golf courses.

They have only been around sense 1997 and they four officers getting paid $600,000 + but with a 1.74 billion market cap and the fact that they own lots of very, very, very expense real estate. This is a good call from the caps community.
