They are buying Summer resorts in the Bahamas to expand.

They outright own lots of property.

Skiing get more exspensive not cheaper.

They own the top resorts.

Fundamentals are good for this type of business.

This company is all about its land holdings. What a moat! how much would it cost to build a new Vail? Unless the managment goes off the deep end this company should do well. Only down side is that it is seasonal and can be weather dependant.
