Walter going to spin out the 75% of MWA that they own. Has $1.1MM in debt, some at 10%, and some at 14.75%. But that supra-high debt is pure discount, and doesn't have any cash commitments until 2009.

Their need of a stable housing market for improved margins and any earnings growth will be under pressure for at least the next two quarters and although infrastructure is on the government's horizon, contract bidding is competitive and low margin.
