I like the below $10 price and its potential for a good return.

So the market cap is really $329M not $756M as reported here, it must be that the cancelled shares are not showing up yet.

They announced $2M in funding with an additional $12M available to them. They also also just recently announced a lot of parnerships with major payment companys like TransFirst, Cardinal Cardinal Commerce, IP Commerce and NCMS.

I believe these partners will drive a lot of revenue their way - this company could grow very large very fast.
