North Atlantic Drilling has an enterprise value of $4.6 Billion and a market capitialization of $2.33 Billion as per yahoo!

Finance as of this writing on 12-24-12.

On 11-21-12, there was a reverse split with a ratio of 5 old shares to 1 new share. The purpose of the reverse split is

to prepare North Atlantic Drilling(NATDF.PK) for listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The paperwork has been filed.

It's up to the Securities and Eschange Commission to do their thing. I was hoping that would only have to wait until

Christmas. But, apparently it will be some time next year. I know: hopefully not Christmas of next year!!! Natdf.pk will

then trade as NADL, the same as it trades on the Oslo Exchange.

Meanwhile it pays a dividend og $22.50 for every 100 shares. At the current price $10.25 that works out to 8.7804%

which is not shabby for a pink share listing. I just whish that I could reinvest the dividend but that is not allowed for pinks.

Inications are that the new listing will be on the NASDAQ and not the NYSE.

My shares of NATDF are being swapped at this very NADL. Yes, they are the same company, North Atlantic Drilling, LTD.

However, NADL is the initial public offering(IPO) which is now traded on the New York Stock Exchange(NYSE). After February

27, 2014, the offer to swap will expire rendering NATDF virtually a worthless illiquid relic. I had to call my broker to get this done.

They are CHARGING ME A FEE after I paid up in commissions to buy shares of NATDF internationally.

This is a long term hold for me. It pays between 9 and 10% dividend. Now being a solid citizen, the dividends may reinvest

automatically which is not the case with the over the counter (OTC) shares.
