NCC is selling at 1/2 its book value. It will be "acquired" by a financial institution desiring to be in its market. NCC is a well run organization with strong clients and good market share. It was "caught" by being greedy and seeking to reach too far through its home mortgage business. This will be a buy-out play sometime within the next eighteen months. While you wait you will be receiving a good dividend, currently about 9%.
