The housing crisis is over but the lender's still haven't recovered. Expect to see recovery in couple years, but don't expect the downturn to swing upside in the near future.

This might turn out to be the buy of the decade, as far as banks go. This could one day be a large bank, they have the mentality to expand rapidly, once this crisis is over. One day this bank could have a 100 billion dollar market cap.
