Another ailing CAPS 5 star security, NDAQ is trading a hair's breadth above its 52 week low. Currently trading at 7 1/2 times earnings and a near even P/B value, all the dire predictions and rumors of other markets' ascedency could come to pass, and this stock would still be worth the price.


With its strong profit margin and acquisitions, this roller coaster looks poised to outperform. It also appears substantially oversold.
