Acquisition of Philly Exchange knocks out two birds with one stone: an instant presence in the options market and one less competitor in that market, both at a fairly reasonable price. Continuous earnings growth also attractive.

Other than shorting bloated biotechs with little revenue and cash,I need winners. This stock could easily double in a year or two.. Look at the recent mergers and it is still reasonably cheap. A win win if it doesnt get taken over it has growing earnings and prospects.
