First, I own both NED and EDU.

As an international educator who teaches in China every summer, I can
assure you that the best education possible is the number one goal for
middle and upper-class students. Preparation to pass the National
College Entrance Exam is all-consuming from birth. Sadly, these
students don't have the time to be children like their US
counterparts.

NED and EDU both cater to students but with different objectives. NED
is targeting the K-12 community while EDU, with the exception of its
summer camp program, targets mainly college and Senior High (10, 11,
and 12) students.

EDU's revenues are dramatically strongest during the summer months.
Revenues swing wildly quarter over quarter.

NED's revenues should show more consistent earnings growth across all
quarters. Despite yesterday's action, I am long and strong.
