Beat up and left for dead, NED has shown to be the technological leader in hand held educational devices. that is translating to contracts which will show up in the bottom line in several quarters. Investors are probably loath to buy this stock after the IPO at $20 was a disaster, but at this price, no debt, a stock buyback should all provide serious upside potential going forward.
