NFLX should come down in a year or so. Mkt loves it but there's more competition from Blockbuster and customer service and delivery times are horrible. With movie downloads coming and no stores - this stock can't go up anymore.
"delivery times are horrible" What? You are either not a customer or living in WY.
You have a point on Blockbuster, but they still don't have the distribution...
You have a point on downloads, but the market isn't there yet.
I still think this stock is best of breed, but the breed may die altogether.
I live in a major metropolitan area with a distribution center less than 10 miles away for both (Netflix and BBI). Netflix turnaround time is twice as long as what Blockbuster provides.
I can go in a BB store and rent a movie or game free, so for the price of 2 unlimited DVDs a month I'm able to basically double that and since it's not limited to movies, it's very good.
Best of breed? Even that might be hard to argue. But this segment will be continually changing over the next few years and the current players all need to watch their back or they'll be dinosaurs.
