Up ... down ... up ... down. Time to swing to the upside again. How much more scientific a pitch do you need than that?
Yes, we'll all watch movies on demand one day, and I have no idea if NFLX will be part of that model.
But management is good, and I don't want to give any more money to the cable company than I have to if I can avoid it, and I enjoy picking movies out in Netflix. I need all 20,000 choices some weeks to find what I want. That's not a solid financial analysis, and growth and net new subs is slowing, which is a solid concern.
But watching this gyrate up and down, I'll bet on this as a trading play given that I'm a happy customer and I don't think its run is over yet.
