Reed Hastings has made a pretty big blunder. It would take awhile for confidence in the company to get back to where it was, if possible. Needs to improve quality of streaming content going forward to remain competitive. The best thing it had going for it was the low price of its DVD plus streaming combined services-the great value is no longer there.
