Netflix has created the most simple, elegant, intuitive and user-friendly website for selecting, rating and organizing your favorite movie picks. The model provides a simple, low-cost, set-and-forget way of supplying movies to your home. Even amidst competition, I predict Netflix subscriber levels will expand past 16 million by 2010, at least tripling current revenues.
