I've had a Netflix account since 2003. Depending on my free time, I've been in every plan from the 5 at one to the current 2 at once limit 4 per month el cheapo plan. Never had a problem with throttling, always have enjoyed the service. I live in a very rural area, but in general discs arrive promptly - even the one I recently got from Netflix's Hawaii center (I'm in Georgia) arrived within just a few days. Many of my neighbors have been spotted with bright red envelopes at their mailbox - this service is well known and well liked.

I am not worried a bit about competition from Blockbuster - their new plan suffers from lack of selection and lack of profitability. For more on that, please see the response I posted to my original underperform call on Blockbuster.
