I always get burned on picking these good stocks, bad price to under perform, but here I try again. With a forward PE of 52 and lots of stock dilution coupled with diamonds should take a hit if people have less $$ to spend in an economic downturn.

Diamond demand will drop with the coming credit implosion. NILE is a great way to buy an enagement ring if you can't make it to 47th street, but 50 times earnings is no bargain.

Doing very well, but not reflected yet in price. I expect price will catch up. It needs however to deal with internal problems but I think those now are obvious enough so Nile management will become cautious in granting options and the like
