The consumer is toast. NILE's product costs will rise due to global commodity price increases, and I have a hard time seeing a chance for them to beat the market, ever.

NILE's p&f chart looks terrible. The Bearish Resistance Line is in charge of the chart. Support in the $39-42 area. With this market environment, I'd avoid NILE on the long side and think it's a good short.

Price to Book 12 times industry average; PE at 36 during a time when many consumers are using credit cards for necessities. Not a good time to get into discretionary stocks.
