Lawsuits will bankrupt the company. The Rhode Island lawsuit alone is $16.46 per share of NL if divided evenly between the three companies where NLs book value per share is only $5.11.

There were some concerns with how the lower court proceedings were handled, R.I. Supreme Court should recognize and overturn the ruling. These lawsuits have been tried numerous times in the past with no success, and have been tried again since the R.I ruling with no success. Also, is it more likely a child chews on a windowsill, or a chinese made toy?
