these guys are making about $20 mil in running cash flow, with the only bright spot being their investment in Kronos (which you can buy via symbol KRO without getting the crappy side businesses of NL)

Lawsuits will bankrupt the company. The Rhode Island lawsuit alone is $16.46 per share of NL if divided evenly between the three companies where NLs book value per share is only $5.11.
