Beaten down worse than most of its competition after 2007's steep run-up for dry bulk shippers, despite the fact that they're one of the biggest and best in the business. Earnings misses are the primary cause and offer an intriguing entry point (CAPS and real money), seeing as how China is quickly eating through domestic iron ore inventories and will soon need to resume imports. Oh, and NM sports a nice dividend yield of 4% while you wait.

I agree with your acessment of NM. They are a major player in the drybulk shipping and the doors for trade are wide open. Their fleet is fairly new and have shipping contracts booked out for several years. I am long Navios.
