After Friday's fall, Nokia is back to within spitting distance of the valuation where I last bought it -- 7x FCF. Here's how the numbers work:


Market cap is 52.7B Euro


Net cash equals 8.0B Euro


Free cash flow amounts to 6.0B Euro


Result: a 8.8 P/FCF ratio and a 7.4 EV/FCF ratio.


This is, quite simply, too good a deal to pass up.
