They bought Loudeye. Once they come out with an MP3/video phone with considerable storage space, their stock will rise. Currently Moto has them beat down.

Fight with Qualcom will hurt both their 3G business and their network business. Qualcom has too many cdma patents to ignore in 3g. GSM dominence by Nokia won't mean much when the transition to 3G (wideband cdma or CDMA 2000) really heats up.
