Oil prices have been and will consistently be driven up by fears of lack of supply. Oil companies seem to control supply to the extent that they drill. Either way, being major player in equippment supply here will be key for this stock.

High oil prices will continue to create worldwide demand for tools and service. NOV is the best in their business. They are planning for the future through international acquisitions that will position them well overseas, far into the future.

Varco makes oil drilling equipment and with the rise in prices and decrease in supply, we should see increased oil drilling. NOV continues to gain incredible strides and the backlog is getting bigger. Great company.
