When the company tells you that is will not have any GAP earning for the next 5 years, probably ought to believe them. I owned NFI for years and rode them from $3 to $70. Got plenty of dividends. But you can't fight market headwinds. REITS are cylical. If you buy them right you can make a lot of money, but don't get caught holding them when the market shifts.
