This is a "follow the insiders" pick. Bill Greehey, a Director of NSH and the man who brought us VLO, is making some more moves. He recently augmented his ownership in NSH by about 10% of his shares, spending around $1.2 MM to do it. Other insiders are buying at prices around 30 - 35 per share of NSH. Nice dividend yield above 4% too.

Woah! The insiders are STILL BUYING! Bill G. has purchased another $6 million worth of NSH since Jan 2008 at prices as high as $28 all the way down to $20! This director does not believe that this stock will continue to languish. Do you?
