Nortel makes switching devices. They don't seem to be getting onboard with the services wave of technology. Instead they are too busy trying to keep their existing hardware up and running and paying out huge chunks of cash because they fail to make their SLA agreements. I've got a buddy who works at AT&T to give me that scoop.
