Diets, so much is spent on them. Most of them are fads. Nutrisystems seems to be one company sticking around. I've tried it and it works great. For the short term. Have known several women who lost 20+ lbs. I think with summer months and memorial day soon approaching, women and men are getting the diet craze to look good in those summer clothes.
