Just buy it and lock it in a box!! Painful to watch this jewel bleed all that cash, but Natuzzi's not much different than other furniture producers, except for the fact they almost carry no debt. Hoping the management swap will see more production shifted to cheaper labor markets. Definitely will suffer for a year or two, but waiting to see it explode as tastes for quality European furniture, spas and accessories reawaken (of course they will). Hoping for an AVERAGE 15%+ return within 5-7 years!

Just to add, that Natuzzi is not realy high quality furniture. Their sofas just don't last that long. Also their leather has quite 'plastic' feel. Their reputation in Europe is more like low-cost producer.Their operation margin is negative. However price-per-book value prevents me to enter short position.
