Recession, recession, recession. NUE will not be able to hold above $40 with the impending recession on our hands. We know the housing market is in the pits, the industrial market and the commercial construction markets will likely follow as executives become more cautious about spending cash. Steel pricing may hold up, but volumes will dry up. Making more than $0.65 per share will become difficult for this steel maker as the majority of its sales are US based. There are better companies and idustries to be in. The growth story is over for the US steel sector.
