best upgrade graphics cards for older computers or computers that didnt come with good on board graphics cards. Many features of Windows Vista are not available if you don't have a decent graphics card. The quality of videogames/ HD video shows no signs of slowing and will need better quality cards (than on board intel or amd or whatever minimum requirement) to display higher res images. Also, comes packaged with almost all higher end gaming/video production laptops
