typical Swiss secrecy besides a full pipeline of it's own and being a large player in generics they own a third of Roche (which owns 56% of Genentech)and has a full pipeline of it's own +$16 billion in cash for "acquisitions"

Novartis is one of the best-run big pharma companies. It operates in branded and generic pharmaceuticals, with few patent expirations on the horizon. It's got a very defensible economic moat. It's undervalued.
