Call me hopelessly optimistic, but with the coming fall and winter sales, expect an increase across the board in fashion retailers that should continue into the early spring. Summer is always a dry time, but this one has been particularly bad for NWY, and I seeit as an opportunity to get a bargain now to consider holding long or selling when the Spring sales trail off, right about the time of the March earnings report. I've been holding long since I got in around $13, saw it go above $20, and watched with dismay as it has trickled down to its current depths, but it isn't out yet. Fashion is a fickle industry and this could turn around in one quarter and make a good run.
