Web analytics are very complicated to implement and manage. It's not something that should be done in house at a lot of firms -- better to hire a specialist than to re-invent the wheel. OMTR has a stellar client list which will only help increase momentum. As digital commerce continues to expand, so will the need for companies like OMTR.
