Small cap optical component maker. Recently got stomped on for lowered Q3 outlook. Now, it looks kinda like a value play. Opticals are expected to do well in '08 ... this one looks cheap.

I just lit the '$' symbol on this one ... low volume drop to support in a basing pattern. Looks to be under accumulation with money flow slowly on the rise. OT : doubled down on SIFY this morning at $4.97 - average price is $5.02 and it looks to be a smart move.
