how does OPXT differ from Broadcom & JDSU

They are competitors, particularly JDSU on the 10Gbs modules/transmitter. One thing this company has is knowledge, a lot of brains came from ex-Bell Labs/Lucent/ATT. I own a few of JDSU stocks..but no movement yet.
