Picking the losers is easier than picking the winners! This one's easy. There's a reason I chose ebay and amazon over Overstock. And that reason will put them out of business.

I have a seething hatred for Overstock. My rational side agrees that you shouldn't bet on a company where the competition is obviously better (Amazon).

Very poorly managed company, proved by negative returns on assets and equity. Cannot generate profits, management constantly promises the sky but delivers nothing.
