You should just be able to look at the fundamentals here and know that it is going downhill fast. But compile that with the fact that it is a channel with such a limited audience that I can't see growing, and you have a stock running into the ground.

You are quite right. They underwent new management last year, but continued to only offer the same limited programming. The idea was, "more huntin' and fishin." At the same time they cancelled all in-house productions of other varied programs. The mindset of the management, owners and program directors, is to "stay the course." Sound familiar?
