doubling my position in real life, I am pot committed to this sequencer now... : ) started buying at 10 and change...doubled at $2.46
Hmm, interesting. I am betting on GNOM as my spec play on gene sequencing and currrently down about 50% on that one! Hope we both come out ahead in the end.
they both need to get taken out soon...the broader market certainly isn't helping us here...I just gave GNOM a green thumb today and probably should throw some cash into it at this level.
Hope you bought some GNOM. It's been popping the last 2 days! Something is up, just not sure yet what it is.
Hi guy, was looking for a place here to contact you directly through the system, but seems there is not. You say you have this stock in your hands now??? I bought it at $6 a share and I have lost over $2000 since then, am not real happy with this company. What do you see in this company that you are now buying it?? And what do you expect it to do in the next 6-12 months? I am about to dump it with how much I have lost on it...
yo chief...not sure what to tell you. the whole sector is not panning out the way we all thought...this was a long term, risky play from the beginning so if you have to ask me what the next move is then you probably need to evaluate your risk profile for future investments. I am going to hold...ultimately I might not make money on the investment but I believe there is value left and I am patient. Motley Fool has recommended this stock. Article published this week in Technology Review entitled, "Single-Molecule Sequencing Gets a Crucial Fix". This article references a paper that was published in Nature Biotechnology. Basically, it says that a computational fix for single-molecule DNA sequencing technologies, "could bring the latest crop of gene readers into more widespread use" and PACB could be a beneficiary of this breakthrough. Highly advise all to read the article in TR.
Insider Purchase. Not bad...
