Even with a market pull-back, Paychex specializes in providing payroll/benefits services to smaller/medium sized businesses. A weaker environment could bode well as companies may look to outsource more of their payroll/benefits functions to companies...

I like this stock because it caters to small and midsized companies. Pays a Div and is investor friendly. This company is almost never cheap and I have been waiting to find a buying range for a while.

This company is just too large for its competitors to make any inroads into their business. And the costs for clients to switch is just too great, so Paychex will keep almost all of their clients.
