I honestly have not look deeply here, but this is a Texas bank who recently took over a distressed one. 3 ideas here,
1) It must be somewhat fundamentally strong if it can take over other banks
2) Texas, as a state is extremely strong and has good growth prospects. They have good job growth and net in-migration
3) Benanke as his increasingly doveish team will keep the yield curve crazy steep, enhancing PRSP's profits
