"Explain your rationale"...

"The Broadband Technology Group... antenna solutions" yada, yada, yada. I don't get it, but I think it is profitable. Now add in the following:

Ended Sept.30th with $65.9m in cash & ST investments, with around 21m shares outstanding that is near =
$3 per share.

Recently sold "The Mobility Solutions Group" to my favorite (SMSI) for $59.7m in cash, with around 21m shares outstanding that is near =
$3 per share.

So, this already profitable company (PCTI) currently trading at $6.83-ps is beginning the new year with near $6-ps in cash. Mr.Market is one crazy cracker and this is CAPs-land, so with no real money on the line I'll run with this very simple preliminary observation.
