With the incredible increase in value for copper and other minerals, I know this is the time to get in this stock.Everything seems to be lining up: the price is right (near the 52-week low of a little more than $22), the countries PCU mines in are up-and-coming economies (MX and Peru) and best of all, it pay dividends!!Now I just have to add it to my own portfolio... :)
