I'm actually a huge fan of mixed martial arts but this company is a disaster in the making. ProElite runs several second rate MMA organizations. Revenue over the past 9 months has been 3.1M. Losses have totaled 19.1M over this period. It sports a 348 million dollar market cap. Steer clear fellow Fools.

Latest 10Q was just filed. PELE.PK is in deep doo-doo. If you haven't already pick this sucker to underperform. This is going to zero...count on it.
